Is 11 months valid without registering?
Yes. In Karnataka, 11 months or less needs no registration at the sub-registrar.
When do I pay?
At the end, after you’ve read the agreement. Seeing your draft costs nothing.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Not yet. Bengaluru only, and delivery inside the city is free.
Can I still use physical stamp paper?
No. Karnataka stopped accepting it for new rental agreements in July 2025 — only a digital e-stamp counts now, which is what we issue.
